ROY LILLEY SENIOR
ROY LILLEY JUNIOR
Roy started his career as a carpenter and qualified as a master joiner over 30 years ago assisting Roy senior with a variety of jobs in and around west London.
As Managing Partner of the growing business Roy now oversees all of the
He has five children, is a massive sports fan following England football and rugby, and is perfectly happy contributing his skills to ensuring a great finish for every Lindum project.
Reece has only ever worked with Lindum Lofts. He first joined us as part of a work experience placement, and this led to an apprenticeship straight after leaving school. Thanks to his hard work and dedication Reece now plays a key role in managing our day-to-day operations.
With a qualification in NPORS excavator training, Reece runs projects through from first excavation to completion, constantly following a methodical approach and applying attention to every detail.
When not on-site Reece has a keen interest in cars – he drives a limited edition Land Rover 4×4, which he often takes on off-road excursions and uses for camping at festivals.
Steve Sanby is Senior Partner with Lindum and has been involved since the very start.
The business is built on such consistency and this in turn leads to the consistently successful outcomes of the projects Lindum undertake for their clients.
Steve is a fully qualified joiner and has three grown up children – two daughters and a son (who also works within the family business) and the wonderful grandchildren.
Steve enjoys his summer holidays with the family and a well made rum and coke – and when the two arrive together he is truly happy!
His daily work role involves overseeing all active projects and Steve is in charge of troubleshooting and rapid problem solving across the portfolio.
Paul Lilley used to regularly visit his father on various projects as he grew up – and he loved it! He joined the family business full time at the age of 17 years and trained as a carpenter and rapidly became fully qualified with a City and Guilds accreditation.
Paul is now the lead loft conversion fitter with the company. He is pretty experienced in this role – having completed over 80 + loft conversions – there is little in this area that he has not successfully finished to the highest standards.
He loves the variety of different challenges – and identifying and implementing the solution based on strong experience.
Paul is also happiest when viewing the west London skyline and developing a loft from on high. Except of course when he is enjoying his Enduro motorcycle challenges – which he loves in is his free time when he is usually to be found at ground level…!
