How We Work

Learn more about how we work and the steps we take to ensure a smooth service.

Step 1 Initial Meeting

Initial meeting with our managing partners Roy and Lee. They will visit and chat through your ideas and plans to create your new space for your home. We will cover planning and all the practicalities involved in creating more space.


Step 2 Quotation

Quotation -We will put together options for your potential project together with an estimate quote for the works to be carried out.

Step 3 Design & Development

Design development & planning– Architectural drawings produced with your agreed and finalised design incorporated. We submit and gain planning approval from the local council, working with you at every step of the way.

Step 4 Contracts & Deposit

Contracts & deposit – Each contract is individual and we ensure it includes everything we agree with you for your build. Once signed and deposit paid we draw up the final structural drawings.

Step 5 Book In Your Build

Book in your build – Once all approvals are in we will schedule in the start date to create more space!

A: If you are uncertain of your options then give us a call and we will be happy to go through them with you.
Has any of your neighbours, with a similar property to yours, already had a conversion?
A: This would suggest that your loft could be suitable for a conversion too.


Are you increasing the volume of your dwelling and have previous extensions?

A: If yes, check volumes with those allowed on your dwelling to see if planning permission is required. If no, the normally planning permission is not required. If you have any questions then contact your Local Authority who can give you advice, or we can inquire for you.
