Steve, Lee and Roy were all very friendly and approachable and always willing to help and advise me. Roy was our main contact and was here on site everyday, always making himself available to meet us when we needed to. The team that were at the house from the brick layers to the carpenter were all very careful and considerate, paying attention to safety, security and cleanliness. This was particularly important as we had two young children and a baby on the way. The build went up really quickly and Roy was brilliant at liasing with the other trades and suppliers including the window fitters, heating company and kitchen company, often meeting with them on my behalf, sorting out any issues and being on site to supervise their work. One of the most notable aspects of working with Lindum is the after project care. I have been always been confident that they will come back to resolve any snagging without having to chase them up. <\/span><\/p>\n
