Roy Lilley Senior established Lindum Lofts & Extension in 1985.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Over 30+ years later he is still hands on and you can see him out and about on site in his trusted van keeping a trouble shooting eye on all the Lindum projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Roy started his career as a carpenter and qualified as a master joiner over 30 years ago assisting Roy senior with a variety of jobs in and around west London.<\/p>\n

As Managing Partner of the growing business Roy now oversees all of the day<\/g> to day operations as each project develops.<\/p>\n

He has five children, is a massive sports fan following England football and rugby, and is perfectly happy contributing his skills to ensuring a great finish for every Lindum project.<\/p>\n

Lee<\/span>\u00a0Lilley<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is joint Managing Partner at Lindum with his brother Roy.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Lee<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is a classically trained\u00a0<\/span>joiner\u00a0<\/span>and has over 30 years of experience of general building focusing specifically on lofts and extensions.<\/span><\/div>\n

Put simply, since his first experience in the family business in the late 80’s, there is very little he has not encountered, planned and successfully actioned in the 100’s of projects he has been actively involved in. And just like in those early days,\u00a0<\/span>Lee<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>remains hands-on. He is consistently to be found both managing and working on the projects Lindum are working on. Making suggestions, improving solutions, providing input, delivering expertise and making sure every project is delivered exactly how he’d like his own project completed. He is a perfectionist – it’s the Lindum way.\u00a0<\/span>Lee<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>will work very closely with you on ensuring the very best price to deliver precisely to your expectations (which Lindum will then seek to exceed). Throughout the project\u00a0<\/span>Lee<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>will be trouble shooting – and once the project is complete he will actively manage the resolution of any snags – ensuring every detail ends up exactly as was agreed at the start.<\/span><\/div>\n
When\u00a0<\/span>Lee<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is not working he enjoys his many hobbies –\u00a0 including archery, fishing, and endurance riding with his sons – although rarely at the same time!<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Reece has only ever worked with Lindum Lofts. He first joined us as part of a work experience placement, and this led to an apprenticeship straight after leaving school. Thanks to his hard work and dedication Reece now plays a key role in managing our day-to-day operations.
With a qualification in NPORS excavator training, Reece runs projects through from first excavation to completion, constantly following a methodical approach and applying attention to every detail.<\/p>\n

When not on-site Reece has a keen interest in cars – he drives a limited edition Land Rover 4×4, which he often takes on off-road excursions and uses for camping at festivals.<\/p>\n
