Step 1 Initial Meeting
Initial meeting with our managing partners Roy and Steve. They will visit and chat through your ideas and plans to create your new space for your home. We will cover planning and all the practicalities involved in creating more space.
Step 2 Quotation
Quotation -We will put together options for your potential project together with an estimate quote for the works to be carried out.

Do you know what type of internal options you want?
Has any of your neighbours, with a similar property to yours, already had a conversion?
Are you increasing the volume of your dwelling and have previous extensions?
A: If yes, check volumes with those allowed on your dwelling to see if planning permission is required. If no, the normally planning permission is not required. If you have any questions then contact your Local Authority who can give you advice, or we can inquire for you.
